Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the wwtt platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and wwtt. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any updated or revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and full responsibility for this rests with the user.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on wwtt, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete personal information. Each user may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. All information provided at registration must be truthful and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. wwtt will never ask for your password via email or any other message.
User Responsibilities
While using the platform, you are required to comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Fraudulent activity, misconduct toward other users, or any attempt to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Betting or managing accounts on behalf of third parties is not permitted. Your account is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. wwtt reserves the right to investigate any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
Platform Usage Rules
The wwtt platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack the gaming system or intentionally exploit bugs will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action. Transferring, copying, or redistributing the platform's content, interface, or features to any third party is prohibited.
- The use of obscene, hateful, or threatening language on the platform is prohibited.
- Collecting or sharing other members' personal information is not permitted.
- Wwtt's logo or brand assets may not be used without prior authorization.
- Any technical issues must be reported to support immediately.
- All decisions made by the platform are final and binding.
- Service availability is subject to change — wwtt reserves the right to perform maintenance without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the wwtt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit requests are subject to a verification process, and minimum deposit limits may apply. Withdrawals require completed account verification and will be processed within the designated timeframes. In cases of fraudulent payments or chargebacks, the account may be suspended and any applicable balance forfeited. wwtt is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical issues, but every effort will be made to resolve such issues promptly.

Limitation of Liability
The wwtt platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees of suitability for any particular purpose. wwtt is not liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or network issues. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. wwtt's liability is limited in cases of failure by third-party services or payment gateways. In the event of a dispute, wwtt's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user. wwtt accepts no liability in cases of force majeure.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Wwtt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, operating multiple accounts, and providing false information. Upon account closure, any valid balance will generally be refunded; however, it may be forfeited in cases of fraud. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Following closure, personal data may be retained for a legally required period. Account reinstatement requests can be submitted through the support team, and each case will be reviewed individually before a decision is made.
Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property on the wwtt platform — including content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of wwtt. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized use of wwtt's brand name, logo, or slogan by any third party will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights. Scraping or automated collection of any data or information published on the platform is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. wwtt reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
Third-Party Links & Services
The wwtt platform may have integrations with third-party services or game providers. wwtt bears no responsibility for the quality, security, or content of these third-party services. Use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. wwtt uses trusted third-party payment gateways for processing transactions, but is not liable for any technical issues arising from those gateways. Users are advised to carefully read the terms of any third-party service before use. wwtt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any third-party integration at any time.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Wwtt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of each update clearly indicated. Users are advised to review the Terms regularly at their own discretion.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. wwtt will first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, mediation or legal proceedings under applicable Bangladeshi law will be pursued. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
